Today I did ABC Broth. And I get cocked up with it. I mistook white peppercorn for pork ribs. When Mum saw this while she was walking by, she shouted out at me. I was flabbergasted and puzzled. I quickly look over my notes again. And also, I over-blanched these veggies this afternoon.
She did say that I was new at it and had to listen to everything she said. The younger sis followed the online recipe for the fish yesterday, and ended up with the fish being pooled on a stainless steel plate. They had an argument. Mom was being too controlling and browbeating and had been very unsupportive. She was afraid and couldn’t accept our growth and always wanted us to be in her clutches.
I know I have to strive to be a successful me.
